Shipping Policy - the basics

We keep shipping and returns simple and hassle-free.

 

Shipping

All orders ship free. We process and hand your package to the carrier within three business days (excluding weekends and holidays). We use USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on your location and order size. You’ll get an email with a tracking number as soon as it ships. Standard delivery takes three to seven business days after shipping. Express options may appear at checkout for an extra fee. Reach us anytime at support@rangeranch.com.

 

Returns & Exchanges 

Return or exchange any item within thirty days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached. We cover return shipping. Email support@rangeranch.com with your order number and whether you want a refund or exchange. We’ll reply within three business day with a prepaid return label. Pack the item securely and drop it at any USPS, UPS, or FedEx location. Once we receive it, processing takes five to seven business days. You’ll receive an email when your refund or exchange is complete. Refunds go back to your original payment method, and exchanges ship free.

 

Exceptions  

Clearance, and custom goods are final sale and non-returnable. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us right away for a free replacement or refund. We handle lost packages until delivery—just let us know.
